Cancellation Policy

At Digital Rank 360, we believe in cooperating with our customers to the fullest extent. Our liberal cancellation policy is designed to accommodate our customers' needs. To place a proper cancellation request, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Cancellation Request Timeframe: All cancellation requests must be made within 72 hours of placing an order. Requests made beyond this period will not be entertained.

Order Processing: Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to our team and the delivery process has been initiated.

Day/Date of Delivery: Cancellation of orders will not be granted on the day or date of delivery.

Special Occasion Services: No cancellations are entertained for services obtained on special occasions like Christmas, Easter, New Year, etc. These are limited-period offers, and cancellations are not possible.

Quality Issues: Refunds or replacements can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of services delivered is unsatisfactory. This must be reported within 5 to 7 working days.

Service Discrepancies: If the received product/services do not match what was shown on the site or do not meet your expectations, please notify our customer service within 24 hours of receipt. Our Customer Service Team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

Outstanding Amounts: All amounts owed to Digital Rank 360 for services rendered before the verified cancellation date must be paid in full. There will be no prorating for partial months.

Billing and Cancellation Requests: Due to account security and privacy concerns, all billing-related questions and cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email. Cancellation requests will only be processed if made by the initial authorizing party and received in writing.

Refunds for Late Cancellations: There will be no refunds for any cancellation requests made after 7 days from the date of order.

Post-Cooling-Off Period: Any cancellation done after the cooling-off period, for any reason whatsoever, will lead to full payment of the agreed price and immediate termination of the contract unless otherwise mutually agreed between Digital Rank 360 and the client.

Warranty Services: For complaints regarding services that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue to the manufacturer.

Refund Policy

Digital Rank 360 offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for the services purchased. If you are not entirely satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund. Here are the details:

Refund Request: To request a refund, contact our customer support team with your contact details within ninety (90) days of availing services or purchasing products. Include your order/invoice number (sent to you via email after placing an order) and, if possible, tell us why you’re requesting a refund. We value customer feedback and use it to improve our products and services.

Non-Refundable Services: Refunds are not provided for services delivered in full, such as installation services and provided knowledge base hosting services.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within a 21-day period.
